What I’ve read in 2020

I like to keep track of the books I read. The main reasons are to not forget about it and to be able to easily recommend books to whoever is asking. I know that I am quite late to the party but it’s better late than nothing, eh!

By the way, I won’t try to note or discuss any specific book and the order is mostly chronological (w.r.t. my reading).

  • Premier de cordée — Frison Roche — Fr

  • A dance with dragons — GRR Martin — En

  • All the witcher serie (7 books) — Andrzej Sapkowski — Fr (not polish!)

  • La saison des orages — Andrzej Sapkowski — Fr

  • Collapse: How societies choose to fail or succeed — Jared Diamond — En

  • Kazuo Ishiguro — The remains of the day — En

  • Fear — Bob Woodward — En

  • The Alchemist — Paulo Coelho — French

  • La Voleuse d’homme — Margaret Atwood — Fr

  • Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products — Nir Eyal — En

  • Lettres persanes — Monstesquieu — Fr

  • Le dernier jour d’un condamné — Victor Hugo — Fr

  • A Clockwork Orange — Anthony Burgess — En

  • Frankenstein — Mary Shelley — En

  • Irresistible — Adam Adler — En

This gives 21 books: 8 in English and 13 in French with 17 fictions and 4 non-fictions.
